In very small estates, Nevada law provides an even simpler process than Summary Administration. If the value of the estate (after deducting liens and encumbrances) does not exceed a certain threshold (currently $100,000, but this is subject to change), and there is a surviving spouse or certain other close relatives, it may be possible to have the entire estate "set aside" to them without formal probate administration.
